We have a $25 minimum order for this product.
When you place your order online, you will be prompted to submit payment by credit card, paypal, purchase order or E-Transfer. Purchase Orders are only available to customers with a credit account previously setup. If the method of payment is E-Transfer, please send a seperate email with the password clearly displayed.
Your order will be processed according to the specified turn-around guidelines. These are guidelines only, and do not include holidays and weekends.
You will receive an automated email when your product is ready to be picked up, or has shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. The delivery method and time is dependant on the options you select. You will receive a tracking number in the shipment confirmation email. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist in replacing your order.
You will also receive a receipt for your paid order after payment is received.
If you have special requests, your payment will not be processed until those special requests are addressed.
We will not be held responsible for the submitted content of our files, including, but not limited to: typos, colour, content errors and other printing errors related to the file(s). Please see our FAQ section for more details on common issues with printing files.
